Paving
We can lay new paving or relift and old. Our specialty is driveways, parking spaces, walkways and patios.
Small Demolishing Work
Old broken concrete paths are not a problem, we have the right tools to deal with them and clear the rubble.
Building and Fixing
Making your outdoor spaces work for you is our passion. We can build planter boxes and do small fixing jobs around your garden.
Prepping the Grounds
Prep work – the most important part of every job. We can help you with doing the preparation works for your grounds or garden.
Clearing away and/or Delivering
Clearing away unwanted landscaping product or delivering new. Restricted accessways are no problem for us.
Painting
Would you like us to paint a fence or planter boxes? We are happy to roll our sleaves up and do it.
Lawnmowing
We can get your overgrown yard under control. We also provide regular lawn mowing services.
Trimming and Cutting
Every once a while hedges and bushes need to be trimmed back. We can help with that.
About #SheCan
#SheCan came to life in 2018 when Eve (the founder of #SheCan) was in between jobs and decided to change from office job (event management) to outdoor trade job.
It was a challenge. She started as an apprentice with Bainbrook Paving in Hawke’s Bay and finally set up on her own in Dunedin in 2023.

Can you give me a quote?
Yes, absolutely. We schedule site visits, take measure of your project and provide quotes. Our quotes carry no obligation and we suppy them for free.
Do I need to pay a deposit before the work starts?
We only ask for deposit payments when we need to purchase or pay for materials in advance. The deposit amount will be set once you accept the quote.
Pay-As-You-Go
Pay-as-you-go PAYG is a new way for our clients to pay for project costs (for example paving a driveway) and be able to afford the services within their personal budgets.
We at #SheCan seek to service our clients better by adopting innovative business models such as PAYG to ensure greater flexibility and convenience. In doing so, we can address some of the most common pain points our clients experience, which are:
- High lump sum payments of deposit and at completion of work
- Lack of flexibility in payment options
- Lack of flexibility in scheduling the work or project
PAYG benefits for the customer:
Flexibility of payments/payment plans (such as automatic payments) for the client
- Affordability- client can determine what they can afford in their budget (client can decide the amount of the payment)
- Transparency – it is easy to track progress of payments towards the quote provided by #SheCan
- Planning – the project can commence as soon as materials purchasing costs have been reached
